    Kripula yoga is for everybody!  This practice will soothe the nervous system, bring clarity to the mind, and allow your spirit to soar!  We will engage in yoga postures and  breathing techniques that connect the body and mind for awareness, flexibility, and wellbeing. A regular practice of yoga is an important part of a healthy, well-balanced life. This practice will be guided by Kathleen Fisk, Kripalu Yoga Instructor and owner of IN HARMONY YOGA STUDIO 137 Remsen St Cohoes. You don’t have to be flexible or experienced, just willing!

  5. Lansing Pool Opens for the summer

    June 25, 2018, 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Lansing Park

    Free Swim Lessons and daily open swim will also be offered (schedule to follow) Swimming at Lansing Pool is FREE for COHOES RESIDENTS but please remember that you must show proof of residency upon entering the pool. All pool patrons (resident and non-resident) must have photo identification in order to use the pool. Proof of residency can be shown by: Presenting a driver’s license OR A photo identification in addition to one of the following items: Current Cohoes City School ID or Report Card, Current Utility Bill, Current City of Cohoes Tax Bill Non-residents will be charged $5.00 per day to use the pool facility. Any children under the age of 12 wishing to swim at the pool MUST be accompanied by an adult. Young children who are dropped off at the pool alone will not be able to swim due to safety concerns. Only Coast Guard Certified flotation devices are permitted in the pool. No swimmies, pool noodles or alternate flotation devices allowed.
