1. Your must be a Cohoes resident. (proof of residency required, ex: recent National Grid bill, phone bill)
2. You must be at least 21 years of age.
3. Bring your Birth Certificate and Social Security Card.
4. $25.00 processing fee / $10.00 for Seniors 60 years old or older
I.D.'s are done by appointments only on Tuesdays. Appointments can be scheduled either at the window of the Police Department or by calling 518-237-5333 between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
