·         Ordinance No. 1 – An Ordinance approving the Conveyance of Real Property at 64 Chestnut Street in the City of Cohoes

·         Resolution No. 2 – A Resolution designating The Record as the official newspaper of the City of Cohoes

·         Resolution No. 3 – A Resolution to confirm appointments to the Cohoes Library Board of Trustees

·         Resolution No. 4 – A Resolution directing the Assessor to grant certain exemptions on the 2022 Assessment Roll to property owners that received the exemption on the 2021 Assessment Roll

·         Resolution No. 5 – A Resolution authorizing the granting of revocable licenses for use of city property and authorizing service agreements with various youth leagues and public service organizations

·         Resolution No. 6 – A Resolution amending the annual budget for fiscal year 2021

·         Resolution No. 7 – A Resolution amending the annual budget for fiscal year 2022

·         Resolution No. 8 – A Resolution accepting funding from the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) for the City’s Historic City Hall Roof Restoration project
