a.    Consideration of the January 17th, 2023 and February 21st, 2023 Meeting Minutes

b.    239 Remsen Street Applicant: DB Property Management LLC. The applicant is seeking to add a 12’ x 24” sign with recessed top lighting on a new bracket to be fixed to the exterior of the forthcoming business “Two Rivers Market & Deli” at 239 Remsen Street.

c.    171 Remsen Street Applicant: Cohoes 2030 LLC. The applicant is seeking to add signage, repaint the exterior, remove an awning, and repair/replace any damaged/missing trim and fixtures with like-kind and historically accurate trim and fixtures at the business “Smith’s” at 171 Remsen Street.
