  1. 227 Remsen Street – Applicant and Presenter: Melissa Riddle. The applicant is seeking approval of their Change of use/New Tenant Application for the proposed opening of an insurance agency office space on the first floor of the building addressed 227 Remsen Street in the MU-DC Mixed Use Downtown Corridor Zoning District. 

 

  1. 9 Laura Drive – Lot A (S.B.L. 10.68-3-9) Applicant and Presenter: Fred Sharifipour. The applicant is seeking approval of their Site Plan Application for a proposed renovation project located on Laura Drive, tax map number 10.68-3-9 in the Mixed-Use 1 Zoning District. The applicant seeks to convert a vacant school building into a 3-unit apartment complex. 

 

  1. 9 Laura Drive – Lot B (S.B.L. 10.68-3-10) Applicant and Presenter: Fred Sharifipour. The applicant is seeking approval of their Site Plan Application for a proposed renovation project located on Laura Drive, tax map number 10.68-3-10 in the Mixed-Use 1 Zoning District. The applicant seeks to convert a vacant school building into a 9-unit apartment complex.
