a.    Consideration of the April 26th, 2023 Meeting Minutes

b.    55 Pleasant Street Applicant and Presenter: Halina Karass.  The applicant requests 2 area variances for the placement of a detached garage on a property in the R-1 Residential Zoning District. 

c.    100 Watersview Circle Applicant and Presenter: Aker Companies & AJ Signs. The applicant requests 2 area variances for the replacement of a Building Directory sign on the grounds of the Watersview Apartment complex in the MU-2 Mixed Use Waterfront Zoning District. 

3.    Adjournment 

This meeting will be held at Cohoes City Hall 97 Mohawk Street 2nd floor Common Council Chambers.
