b.    93 Ontario Street – Applicant and Presenter: Scott Cramer. The applicant is seeking approval of their Change of Use/New Tenant Application for a restaurant business by the name of “SJ Pizza and Grill” in the MU-TC Mixed Use Transit Corridor Zoning District.

c.    143 Remsen Street– Applicant and Presenter: Alexandre Da Silva. The applicant is seeking approval of their Change of Use/New Tenant Application for a butcher and market business by the name of “Leblon Market & Butcher” in the MU-NC Mixed Use Neighborhood Core Zoning District.

This meeting will be held on the 2nd floor Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 97 Mohawk Street.
