a.    Consideration of the June 20th, 2023 Meeting Minutes

b.    10 Garner Street Applicant: Brody Bieniek. The applicant is seeking to replace a 3-story rear deck at the premises of 10 Garner Street. The applicant states that the current deck is in disrepair and that the replacement will match the framing and footprint of the existing deck. The applicant is also seeking Historic Boards recommendation on building materials.
