b. 6 Delaware Avenue (Captain’s Lookout) – Applicant & Presenter: Prime Companies / Prime Lookout LLC The applicant is seeking to introduce their Site Plan application for a Planned Development District Amendment at 6 Delaware Avenue. This application has been preliminarily reviewed by the Cohoes Common Council per statute and will return to the Council for final approval or denial based on the recommendations of the Planning Board. The applicant was previously approved to construct 140 units, 72 of which are currently constructed (16 one-bedrooms and 56 two-bedrooms). They are requesting to construct a further 112 units for a final total of 184 units (44 more than originally approved). The proposed 112 units will have a distribution of 50 one-bedrooms, 54 two-bedrooms, and 8 three-bedrooms.
This meeting will be held on the 2nd floor Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 97 Mohawk Street.
